Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Pro Event Flow (proeventflow.app), operated by Susan Landfried as a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Pro Event Flow provides project management software for event professionals, including client onboarding, forms, contracts, invoicing, scheduling and communication tools.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Pro Event Flow Event Updates.
Description: The only way to join is by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default text message box at proeventflow.app/sms-opt-in. Doing so means you agree to receive recurring text messages about your event, including appointment and meeting reminders, proposal and contract updates, payment reminders and event-day details. Joining is optional: you can use our services, create an account or make a purchase without agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through proeventflow.app.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
